I built this context enhanced system for my own work. The lessons I share aren't from a textbook, but from months of trial, error, and real results in the trenches.

Why I built this.

For the better part of the last two decades I've been in B2B account management and sales, both as a frontline contributor and as a team lead. When ChatGPT came out, being the ever so curious professional I am, I began to experiment with how to use it.

Fast forward to now. I'm part of the fractional / contractor economy for startups, and I was tasked with building an entire GTM process for a new product. I had to research the audience, create a brand voice, build pipeline and close sales.

So I read articles. Followed thought leaders. Watched hours of podcasts to understand the ecosystem. I went from listening to doing. I started building something I needed... not a prompt here and there, but an actual system. A way to capture my voice, my audience context, and my business goals in a format that AI tools could actually use.

Six months later, the difference was measurable. Certain email response rates climbed to 8–9% (the industry average is 1–2%). Content creation time dropped by 60%. And the outputs actually sounded like us.

That's when I realized: this isn't just a personal workflow improvement. This is something every go-to-market team needs. And so here we are.
